If you receive any item that is not functioning properly you must e-mail us at email@example.com within one business day of receiving it. We will offer to replace the malfunctioning item or we will send you a refund for the original purchase price*(*Less shipping and restocking fee). All items must be returned within five business days in their original packaging. All returned items must be in their original zip tie and in un-used condition. Used, damaged, and / or installed items are not eligible for replacement or refund. All international, Canada, rush, discounted, out-door use, and custom orders are not refundable or replaceable. All "raw" el wire and or "self soldered" or "customer soldered" product is not refundable or replaceable.
At our discretion, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20% for any returned items.
All orders that are shipped within the USA or outside of the USA through a third party shipping company are not guaranteed in any way, shape, or form and are not returnable, replaceable, or refundable for any reason.
